- Definitions:
Throughout this agreement, the terms “High Mountain Condo BNB,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refer to the company providing the condominium rental services. The term “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity utilizing our services, including but not limited to Guests and Hosts. - Acceptance of Terms:
By booking a stay or hosting guests through the High Mountain Condo BNB platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions herein, you may not book a stay or host guests through our platform. - Reviews:
After each stay, Guests and Hosts will have the opportunity to review each other. Reviews must be truthful and may not contain any discriminatory, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate language. High Mountain Condo BNB does not verify the accuracy of Reviews and disclaims any liability for misleading or incorrect information. - Content:
Users may provide feedback, text, photos, audio, video, information, and other content (“Content”) on the High Mountain Condo BNB platform. By submitting Content, you grant High Mountain Condo BNB a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such Content for the purpose of providing and promoting the High Mountain Condo BNB platform. Users are solely responsible for the Content they provide and must ensure it complies with our Content Policy and Nondiscrimination Policy. - Ownership and Intellectual Property:
High Mountain Condo BNB retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including all intellectual property rights. Users acknowledge that the High Mountain Condo BNB platform and its contents are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. - Limitation of Liability:
High Mountain Condo BNB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by Users or third parties arising out of or in connection with the use of the High Mountain Condo BNB platform. - Indemnification:
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless High Mountain Condo BNB, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with their use of the High Mountain Condo BNB platform or violation of these Terms and Conditions. - Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where High Mountain Condo BNB operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. - Entire Agreement:
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Users and High Mountain Condo BNB regarding the use of the platform, superseding any prior agreements or understandings. - By booking a stay or hosting guests through the High Mountain Condo BNB platform, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
