Exterior Cleaning:

Interior Cleaning:
☐ Meticulously clean the interior of the RV.
☐ Ensure a hotel-room level of cleanliness to meet renter expectations.
Tire Inspection:
☐ Conduct a thorough inspection of all tires, including interior tires on dual-wheel units.
☐ Check for wear, tread depth, bulges, cuts, and proper inflation.
☐ Ensure at least 50% tread on tires to maintain eligibility for High Mountain Camping AZ insurance.
Brake Inspection:
☐ Inspect brakes every 90 days and service according to the manufacturer’s suggested maintenance schedule.
☐ Refer to your owner’s manual for scheduled maintenance periods.
Routine Maintenance:
☐ Adhere to a regular maintenance schedule for your RV.
☐ Check and service all fluid levels: Oil, Generator Oil, Transmission Fluid, Brake Fluid, Radiator Fluid, Windshield Washer Fluid.
Signals Check:
☐ Before renter arrival, check all lights and signals on your RV.

Systems & Features Check:

Test Drive:

☐ Drive at various speeds, paying attention to noises, vibrations, smells, or other signs of problems.
Paperwork Ready:
☐ Print necessary paperwork such as Rental Agreement, High Mountain Camping AZTerms & Conditions, Departure Form, and any additional contracts.
Adequate Time Set Aside:
